This research paper focused on assessing the impact of disclosure degree of sustainability practices, particularly factors influencing the disclosure level on dimensions (social, ecological, and economic) on financial performance for Jordan Commercial Banks. The data collected from the financial statements and annual reports of Jordan Commercial Banks for the period (2014-2018). The findings indicate relative convergence among Jordan Commercial Banks in the level of economic dimension. Moreover, the interest of Jordan Commercial Banks in the disclosure of the fields that reflect their abilities in increasing or magnifying their economic value and remaining in the market. In addition, the main recommendations of this study is raise awareness among Jordanian commercial banks seeking Global leadership concerning the importance of disclosure about sustainability practices and the positive impact achieved by disclosure about the mental picture for banks and formulating its future policies

The aim of this study is to identify the Effect of Innovation Strategies on The functional Performance of SMEs Organizations in (Hassan Industrial City). To examine Effect of Innovation Strategies on The functional Performance, I selected SMEs Organizations in (Hassan Industrial City) to be our case study,around (160) questionnaires were randomly distributed to managers in three management levels over (20) SMEs Industries, The returned suitable questionnaires were (142) with (89%) response rate. The main results wereproduct innovation, process innovation and management innovation have significant positive influence on increasing performance, while marketing management hasn’t significant positive influence,.I recommended that Top management should concentrate on innovative ways on dealing with their employees and management methods, Ensure that the organization's message is structured to be consistent with the organization's objectives. Firms should offer access formal and informal training programs that contribute to their creativity

The aim of this study is to identify the role of work stress on emergence psychological burnout phenomena in private hospital in northern region. To examine the role of work stress on emergence psychological burnout phenomena, I selected private hospitals (Northern Region) to be our case study, Population Research were 430 an individual selected 258 as sample research represent 60%. The main result was Organizational structure, Conflict role and Organizational environment has significant positive influence on emergence psychological burnout phenomena, while ambiguity role hasn’t significant positive influence, Employees feel uncomfortable about the way they have treated some recipients, and Employees do things that are apt to be accepted by one person but not by others. I recommended that managers and supervisors should increase utilizing Channels of communications (from top to down and bottom up) and managers and supervisors should encourage the confidence in their leadership by their employees.

Transformational leadership is the style of leadership that leads to positive change in modern organizations, the aim of this study is to explore the effect of transformational leadership on follower’s commitment to organizational change, Around (134) questionnaires were randomly distributed in Jordanian Commercial Banks in three management levels, the returned suitable questionnaires were (109) with (81%) response rate. The main result found that transformational leadership have significant positive influence on Job Satisfaction, Employees’ performance, and Job design.
