1- have sufficient knowledge of basic sciences for computing disciplines and supporting sciences relevant to networking.
2- have a broad education in computer networks with a special emphasis on technical specifications, design, implementation, management, and the administration of computer networks.
3- have academic and professional skills to allow for the opportunity to study at higher levels and enhance career development, which satisfy high academic standards, employment requirements or postgraduate study and meet the needs of the local and regional labor market.
4- have the knowledge necessary to understand the ethical and environmental issues encountered in the industry in general.
The Computer Networks (CN) department seeks to be an excellent educational and research environment by offering all necessary academic requirements through the preparation of advanced and comprehensive curricula, leading to the provision of highly qualified graduates in the field of computer networks.
To provide the labor market with specialists and highly qualified graduates in the field of computer networks, and to be an advanced scientific research centre, offering advisory services in various areas of computer networks which serve different sectors of Jordanian and Arab societies.
