1. The graduation of qualified undergraduate students who are able to contribute to the management, organization and implementation of economic development programs with a view to promoting economic development in general and agricultural development in particular.
2. Preparing students both academically and intellectually by providing them with the knowledge of agricultural and economic rules.

Attempting to overcome problems faced by the local community in the areas of agricultural economy and providing appropriate solutions through an abundance of scientific research, consultation, training courses, and participating in numerous scientific conferences and workshops both at home and abroad.

Actively participating in securing agricultural needs, food production and environment protection and preparing students to become future leaders in agriculture and society through excellence in services provided, modernization and continual improvement.
Provide quality education, research and services to promote production in agricultural and food sectors through improved practices and sustained management of natural resources in an atmosphere that promotes students' personalities, innovation and excellence.
