The Medical Unit provides ambulatory and therapeutic services within the university for university students and staff. It follows up on the treatment of students and staff who transfer to hospitals. The unit provides the staff who suffer from chronic diseases with necessary medicines and also provides them with treatment models at accredited hospitals and medical centers. In addition it provides patients with medical treatment in the clinic of the university.

The health insurance representative checks the financial claims of the different medical bodies, monitors the issuance of health insurance cards for the employees of the university and their beneficiaries, and monitors the medical cases with the medical authorities.
