Vision:

To be a leading center in learning and teaching Arabic, and other foreign languages to provide educational, professional and culfural sectors with competent employees who are acquainted with language skills.

Mission:

To meet the language needs of students and the surrounding community to help them be successful in their daily life experience.

Values:

The values of the Center stem from the foundations of the University and their implications which are concerned with finding the right place and qualified teaching staff in order to meet the aspirations of the youth and to enhance their abilities and their linguistic and scientific competencies to boost the labour market by an educated worker who can communicate in several languages, facilitating work and overcoming obstacles in various sectors of life.
