أنشئت الدائرة المالية واللوازم منذ عام 1993 وقد تم وضع النظام المالي الداخلي ونظام اللوازم بموجب نظام رقم 5،3 في جامعة جرش الأهلية الخاصة بمقتضى المادة رقم (27) من قانون الجامعات الأردنية الخاصة رقم (43) لسنة 2001 تم فصل الدائرة المالية عن اللوازم عام 2004م.الدائرة المالية هي الجهة المختصة بقبض أموال الجامعة وتحصيلها وحصر الالتزامات المترتبه
