Abstract The aim of this study is to identify the extent of possession of knowledge management requirements among the principals of public secondary schools in Mafraq Governorate. In order to achieve the objectives of the study, the study population will consist of all school principals in Mafraq Governorate in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan for the academic year 2018, namely: (120) male and female principals at undergraduate levels and (150) male and female principals at postgraduate levels, i.e. (145) male principals, and (125) female principals, leading them to represent the study sample. To achieve the objectives of the study and answer its questions, the researcher formatted a 20-item questionnaire. The researcher conducted an explanation of the results using the descriptive approach, where he used the arithmetic means, the standard deviations and the T tests to determine the significance of the differences according to the variables of the study. The results showed that the extent of possession of knowledge management requirements among the principals of public secondary schools in Mafraq Governorate was in a high degree. The results also showed that there were statistically significant differences at the level of 0.05 or less due to the difference of academic qualification for the postgraduate qualification. The results also showed no statistically significant differences at the level of 0.05 or less due to the difference of gender. In the light of the previous results, the researcher recommended working to increase the training workshops for school principals and employees to make the process of knowledge management succeed and get use of it in the field of education, benefit from the information and communication revolution in the field of education, implement the knowledge management strategy as received from the Ministry of Education and train all concerned on its terms and contents, especially those with a bachelor's degree only, work to link schools to each other with electronic interacting networks for its significance and exchange of experiences, and raise the efficiency of staff in schools in general to be able to follow up everything that is new in the world of knowledge and technology

The current study aimed to identify the effect of hybrid computing on internal control systems in Jordanian commercial banks, where the study community consisted of all Jordanian commercial banks listed on the Amman Stock Exchange, which is (13) commercial banks in 2019, and a comprehensive survey method was used in Choosing a study sample, as the sample included all of the study population. As for the inspection and analysis unit, which is (148), it consisted of individuals working in the higher administrative levels (general managers and executive directors), and the middle administrative levels (managers and heads of the divisions of the Information Technology Department, Risk Management and the Department of Internal Control) in the Jordanian commercial banks. For the purpose of analyzing study data and testing hypotheses, the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) program was used in various statistical analyzes, where descriptive statistics and internal consistency factor (Cronbach alpha) were used as well. Multiple linear correlation test using Pearson correlation coefficient was used to test the presence of the Multicollinearity phenomenon, as well as Multiple and Stepwise Linear Regression. The study reached many results, the most important of which was the derivation of a unified concept of hybrid cloud computing, one of the most important dilemmas facing thinkers due to the difference in its characteristics and changing services depending on the model of its publication, as well as its continuous growing role in banks and companies as a development input which makes it applicable widely. Also, there was an emergence of the effect of hybrid computing (technology, finance, strategy requirements, organizational context, and risks) on internal control systems in Jordanian commercial banks. The most important recommendations are embodied in the need for Jordanian commercial banks to highlight the expected benefits from adopting hybrid cloud computing to build more positive attitudes towards that computing without neglecting their ease of use by finding the appropriate and suitable combination of their resources and technological capabilities to raise the efficiency of the control systems applied in them

The study aimed to investigate the impact of small and medium enterprises (SMEs) funding on, gross domestic product (GDP) and unemployment, as well as the amount of funding provided by the specialized institutions, and to identify the obstacles that these projects face in obtaining funding. The study population included the SMEs institutions in Jordan between the years 2009 and 2018. The study sample was limited to the Development and Employment Fund in Jordan as one of the most important SMEs funding institutions. Analytical and descriptive method was used to test the hypotheses, the simple regression model used to test the hypotheses of the study through the statistical model (SPSS). The most important finding of this study was the statistically significant impact of financing the SMEs on GDP and unemployment, the study model was able to show 95% of changes in economic development. Abstract: This study aimed to investigate the most factors that affect market capitalization. The study was applied to all companies listed on Amman Stock Exchange (ASE) for the period (1978-2019), as a case study. Secondary data were collected from (ASE), and the analytical method was followed by using the multiple regression models through a statistical program (SPSS). The result shows that there is a statistically significant effect of (No. of Transactions, Turnover Ratio, EPS, Dividend Yield Ratio, P/BV, P/E) as independent factors on the market capitalization as a dependent factor, the explanatory power of the model was (Adjusted R Square = 87%), which means that (87%) of the changes in Market Capitalization are due to the independent factors used in this study, and (13%) of the changes due to other factors. In addition, the sub hypotheses of the study were tested to find the effect of factors individually on the market capitalization. The results shows that there is a statistically significant effect for each of (No. of Transactions, EPS, Dividend Yield Ratio, P / E), on the market capitalization, as well as there is no statistically significant effect for each of the factors (Turnover Ratio, P/BV) on the market capitalization.
