Weakness

1- Low university fees compared to other private universities;
2- Weak investment activity;
3- Lack of periodic training programs for human resources;

4- Insufficient administrative and academic facilities in light of the
continuous increase in student number;
5- Students' general weakness in Arabic and English languages;
6- The absence of strategic planning at the university, college and

department level;
7- The lack of an incentive system to encourage creativity and

innovation;
8- Weakness in keeping pace with the development in modern
teaching and evaluation techniques;
9- Failure to update the course content to accommodate new

developments in the fields of specialization;
10- Lecture halls are not equipped with modern equipment;
11- The poor level of scientific qualification and administrative

training for the University’s employees;
12- Absence of dedicated systems for evaluation of academic
programs by students and interested parties.

13- The lack of foreign student’s attraction system that uses an
effective marketing strategy.
14- The absence of a specific policy to link the University with

graduates after graduation.
15- The lack of a specialized human resources department.
16- The weak structure of the Public Relations Department which
renders it unable to carry out its tasks as required.

17- The lack of a clear and announced strategic plan at the
university, colleges, departments, centers and departments level.

18- The lack of recreational and service facilities for both students
and University staff.
