Companies have recently experienced moral crisis as a result of enormous challenges such as the severe competition «technological progress » the growing size of the monetary and financial transactions «the application of modern technologies in to excel providing the best services to its customers .and customers with a competitive cost make it a forerunner to search for a particular type of tools. To enable these tools «some kind of harmony between their possession of knowledge of the Faculty of technical capabilities and distinctive layout and possession of a strategic vision must be found to lead to competitive centers to enter into the world of excellence « Palate recorded these company’s presence in the arena of financial and regional markets. As a result. the study attempts to examine the pioneering effect of tools gubernatorial organization to confront the moral deficit and enhance the transparency of the reach of competitive entrepreneurship at the local and global level statement. After analysis it is mmcumbent on the innovative companies in order to face the moral deficits by invoking the local and international moral climate components such as honesty «integrity <respect « trust and responsibility variables this is working on institutionalizing ethics as a result of the significant difficulties faced by companies in the exercise of moral concepts during the performance of their work and ways that are not taken only by the presence of gubernatorial tools creative and entrepreneurial companies. .

Abstract The study includes discussion and analysis of the Iranian policy toward the Iraqi crisis, and the effects of this crisis on forming the Iranian external conduct. There are several variables including internal, external and regional variables interacted together and the result of this interaction was affective on the Iranian policy with regard to the crisis. Consequently, Iran aspired to play a central role in Iraq to strengthen its regional influence on the first hand and to strengthen its negotiation situation with the great international powers on the other hand. In this context, Iran adopted an interventional behavior in the Iraqi affairs by supporting its Allies in various ways and supporting the new political elites and creating strong connections with them as well. That led to a negative result on the Iranian relations with some of the Arab Iraq neighboring countries including Jordan which is afraid of the outcomes of the Iranian intervention in Iraq. The study showed that Iran's activities in Iraq led to strengthen the distrust of Tehran's behavior, therefore Iraq neighboring countries including Jordan are afraid of the Iraqi crisis's consequences on their security and stability. .
