Abstracts

Abstract The present paper deals with an important issue of “Al-Jerah and Atadil”. That is Judging the Narrators of the Traditions as being unknown by jurisprudents. Some jurisprudents extended their judgment to include some narrators as unknown though known by others. Among these Al-Imam Ibn Hazem Al-Dahiri who considered more than 150 narrators in his book “Al-Muhala bi Al-Athar”", as unknown. Finally, this paper tried to show the correct aspect of this issue .

This study aimed at inquiring the level of Jerash University faculty members’ practicing of learning organization disciplines as developed by \"Senge\" from their point of views. A questionnaire was developed consisting of five dimensions and (61) items. After assuring its validity and reliability, the questionnaire was distributed to (100) faculty members, and the results showed that Jerash University faculty members practice level of learning organization controls, was (medium) as a whole and for every dimension. Also, there were significant differences at (a < 0.05) in the members\' point of views according to academic rank variables in favor of Assistant Professors, and due to their experience in favor of those who had (5) years and below, and due to the college in favor of scientific colleges. The study aimed at identifying the tendencies of faculty teaching staff towards the role‏ ‎of higher education in encouraging scientific research for developing society. The researcher‏ ‎followed the analytical descriptive research methodology and a questionnaire that had two‏ ‎sections. The first section had 22 items about the role of higher education in encouraging‏ ‎scientific research for developing society. The second section had 23 items about the‏ ‎mechanism for encouraging scientific research for developing society.‏ ‎After ensuring the validity and reliability of the questionnaire, it was applied on 100‏ ‎faculty teaching staff in the humanities field (Faculties of Arts, Law, Economics, and‏ ‎Education) and in the applied sciences field (Faculties of Civil Engineering, Informatics‏ ‎Engineering, Technical Engineering, Architectural Engineering, Electrical Engineering, and 1‏ ‎Agricultural Engineering( ‎The research results revealed that the tendencies of faculty teaching staff towards the‏ ‎role of Higher Education in encouraging scientific research for developing society were strong,‏ ‎whereas they were mild within the mechanism which contributed to scientific research. There‏ ‎were no statistically significant differences in the tendencies of the faculty teaching staff ‎according to the specialization variable, but there were significant differences in the tendencies‏ ‎of the faculty teaching staff according to the variable of years of experience.‏ ‎Key Words: Scientific Research, Higher Education, Faculty Members, Attitudes.‏ .

The research aims to build an educational program - learning, according to the Modern scientific concepts To increase on the moral and scientific awareness among the students in the third phase of the Department of Chemistry, and to verify the goal and put the researcher null hypothesis the following: There is no statistically significant difference at the level (0.05) between the average scores of students who are studying material nanotechnology and renewable energy program of education-learning and the average scores of the control group students who are studying the same article the usual way in the scientific awareness , The search was limited to the third row in the Department of Chemistry, College of Education, Pure Sciences - Ibn al-Haytham for the academic year of 2014-2015 students were preparing scientific material content with the two groups experimental design was chosen. One of them . seizes the other part restraint and has a post-test design for research, nd the use of statistical methods for data processing results were that there is a statistically significant difference in favor of the experimental group, In light of the findings the researcher has developed a number of recommendations, including the training of professors of chemistry on the program and the . adoption of educational material within the general curriculum of the faculties of science education and some of the proposals. The study aimed to highlight the most important contributions. made by the Libyan Higher Education in developing the education Sector in general, the Study will also look at in- Service teacher training, the training of school heads and school curricula development, the researcher has adopted a descriptive approach through the collection of data Pertinent to the research questions from published literature, persona] interviews, Teports by the genera] center for teacher. training, and by center for curricula and Educational Research. Findings of the Study revealed that the Higher Education in Libya has contributed to general education through teacher Preparation in Faculties of Education, teacher training, training school heads, the Preparation and reviewing of School curricula as well as the Planning of training programs Particularly following : the establishment of the general Centre for teacher training in 2006 and the Centre for curricula and Educational Research in 2009. It is the view of the researcher that the Higher Education in Libya has not achieved its Purpose. This has mainly been due to the state of instability of Libyan Higher and general Education System for the past four decades. .

This study is aimed to diagnose the reality of the technological innovation and‏ ‎employment of modern technologies in university institution at the university‏ ‎ofBadjiMokhtar Annaba- Algérie, and that through the knowledge of the details of |‏ ‎this fact, both at the level of professor and what he lives of the pedagogical positions |‏ ‎which require the presence of these techniques. Like primary and secondary educational sector in Algeria, higher‏ ‎education is given a paramount importance. Indeed, the government provided‏ ‎both sectors with the highest financial budget. In fact, ever since Algeria won‏ ‎its independence in 1962, the higher educational sector was provided with‏ ‎qualified university teachers, institutional structures and equipment due to the ‎fact that the faculty staff is considered the main input ingredient in the higher‏ ‎educational process. This is so because university teachers are the ones, who‏ ‎help develop students’ abilities, improve university outputs and produce‏ ‎efficient, skilled and qualified graduates. ‎In their turn, these university outputs contribute to meeting the needs of‏ ‎the labor market. The role of higher education in the development of educational efficiency of the Arabic language teachers at the secondary stage in the Directorate of Education at Jerash governorate ‏ ‎ ‎from their point of view The study aimed at identifying the role of higher education in the development of educational efficiency of the Arabic language teachers at the secondary stage in the Directorate of Education at Jerash governorate from their point of view. , Study sample consisted of all the Arabic language public secondary of the Directorate of Education of the governorate of Jerash for the academic year 2015/2016 and the number of teachers was (180). (110) of them were male were as (70) were female. The questionnaire was used as a tool for gathering information, the reliability and validity of questionnaire were checked. The results of the study showed that the arithmetic mean of the paragraphs of the university's cooperation with teachers was high, ranged between (2.78-4.82), and the arithmetic average of the instrument as a whole (4.22) as well as there were statistically significant(a = 0.05) due to the impact of gender variable and in favor oftdifferences ( male and Qualification for the bachelor's degree. .
