The Electronic Learning strategy of analyzing the structure of linguistic teat on developing the innovative reading levels of secondary students in Kirkuk province To achieve that the researcher chose an experimental design which is one of the partial adjustment designs (one experimental group adjustment group of dimensional choice). The researcher chose 2% percent of the schools in Kirkuk (preparatory and secondary literary and scientific) The schools(sample of research) that have been chosen randomly reached at 3 schools i-e. One school for the centre of province one in Hawija district and one in AL-Abbassi district. The researcher prepared a tool for measuring the level of innovative reading skill in secondary school students. This tool is composed of(25)items in a shape of multiple choice the tool is described with validity and reliability after using. The study has resulted with the following:1-there is no difference of statistical significance on the level(0,05) in the level of innovative reading skill of statistical significance on the level There is no difference(0,05) among the students of the three mentioned school . .

This study aims at examining the effect of a consulting program in developing some habits of mind and self-efficacy among a sample of six grade female students in Riyadh City. To achieve the goal of the study the researcher prepared the study tools which are: list of mind habit estimate, self-efficacy battery, and the consulting program and verified their specification standards. These tools were applied to the sample which consisted of (40) female six grade students. The sample was evenly divided into control and experimental groups. The study results show statistically significant differences between the before and after the program average scores of both the estimate list score of the mind habit and the selfefficacy test in the experimental groups for the benefit of the after scores. The results also show statistically significant differences between the average score of the control group and experimental group for both the estimate list of mind habit and self-efficacy test for the benelit of the experimental group. The aim of the research is to investigates thinking style of distinguished students. The sample of the research consisted of 300 male and female student chosen according to the random stratum style, The tool of the research is built for the above mentioned purpose . validity and credibility of the research is obtained in its final form the questionnaire consisted of 36 items. The most important results the research arrived at are: The most common styles of thinking among student are arranged as follows: (Pyramidal, executive, liberal, chaotic, external, local, legislative, conservative, internal, universal, possessive minor). There are signification statistical differences between male and female in the followed styles : Pyramidal, chaotic, Internal, executive, conservative and in favor of females and the external, legislative, local and liberated style for the benefit of males. .

The present research aims at identifying the level of emotional creativity and level of educational leadership and finding of their relationship in a sample of Managers of secondary schools for the year 2013/ 2014 The researcher build a scale to measure emotional creativity level, and use of a scale ready to measure the level of educational leadership prepared ( almadhon ,2012) after getting validity and reliability for two variables, the researcher apply two scales upon a random sample from Managers of secondary schools amounted (80) Manager. The study aims to know the level of the organizational culture and the administrative practices by Cycle-Two principals and the relationship between these practices as viewed by Wilayat As-Sweig female teachers in North Batinah governorate. The study also aims to know the effect of the independent variables of qualification, period of work in the school, job title and age. To achieve the aim of the study the researcher prepared the study tool which is a questionnaire of 49 items covering seven areas. These areas are: organizational values, beliefs, norms, the expectations of how the organization would be policies and procedures, technical and administrative practices and the local community. After proving the reliability and validity of the study tool, it has been applied to the study sample of 155 female teachers Data were collected and analyzed using the Mean, Standard Deviation, and T-test for one group and the T-test for two independent groups, uni differential analysis to know the significance of the differences among some variables and Pearson Correlation coefficient to calculate the correlation between the organizational culture and the administrative practices. The study results have shown that Second Cycle female teachers of Wilayat As-Sweig have realized the significance of the organizational structure to a very high degree, and of the significance of administrative practices to a high. degree. As for the independent variables, the results have revealed that there are no statistically significant differences for the qualification, work period in school, job title and age in each of organizational structure and administrative practices. The results have also shown that there is a god relationship between the level of the organizational culture and the administrative practices for the Cycle two school principals in Wilayat As Sweig In the light of these results, the study has made some recommendations including: The importance of preparing lectures and training courses for all school principals to enlighten them of the importance of the organizational culture and the administrative practices to increase their realization of both of these variables as far as knowledge and practice are concerned. .

The current research aimed to identify the counseling needs and their relation with self efficacy among male and female basic education students besides the relative importance of the domains of the counseling needs scalo, the self efficacy of the subjects, the differences between the mean scores of the counseling needs scale and self efficacy scale attributable to sex. The study sample consisted of (208) male and female pupil in the middle region. The researcher designed the counseling needs and self efficacy scales. The study findings showed that (1) the total score of the counseling needs scale was 59.5%; (2) the total score of the self-efficacy scale was 71.68%; (3) there was no relation between the counseling needs and self-efficacy among the subjects: there were statistically significant differences between the psychological and educational domains on one hand and the total score of the counseling needs scale due to sex, and in favor of females, whereas there were no statistically significant differences in the social domain between the two sexes : (5) there were statically significant differences between the subjects mean scores on the self-efficacy scale due to Sox, and favor of males. .

This study aimed to identify the impact of learning and teaching quran as recitation, explanation, retention on developing Arabic language skills (reading, writing, listening and conversation) from the teachers of Islamic education and Arabic language point of view in light of integrated curriculum. The sample of the study consisted of (160) male and female teachers for academic year of 2013-2014 randomly chosen from Jaresh governorate school The descriptive analysis procedure was used in this study. The instrument (questionnaire) has (53) items. The results of the study revealed that the item number(53)" the role of verbal interaction on improve good dialogue through opinion exchanging in order to reach to the fact that develop conversation skills" obtained highest mean with (4.17), the results also showed that "the writing skill domain" ranked first from view of Islamic education teachers with mean (3.69). while the reading skill domain" ranked first from view of Arabic language teachers with mean (3.71). Moreover, there is a significant statistical analysis in means according to teaching stage in favor of secondary schools.
