Gap Analysis
From the gap analysis it appears that the positive impacts outweigh the negative
impacts, and in order to address the negative impacts, the Committee recommends
the following:
1. The students’ and recreational facilities in the University must be improved
and increased in number;
2. The teaching halls must be improved and equipped with a number of
teaching means;
3. Programs of master degree must be offered for the currently available
specializations;
4. The job stability for the faculty members must be promoted;
5. The performance of the Marketing Department and Human Resources
Department must be improved;
6. Training courses for students, each according to his/her specialization,
should be held in order to prepare them for the lab or market;
7. Periodical Arabic and English language courses for the newly admitted
students must be held.
