This study aimed to identify the concept and importance of corporate governance and its role in the corporate success. The researcher used the descriptive method using the survey method, the research community includes a sample of main managers within different corporations, (110) questionnaires were distributed on (41) corporation, (95) were returned and considered to be valid. The most important findings of the study were: 77.9% of the research community were male, and relatively have high education levels. The availability level of governance standards and principles were at minimal levels, the study also showed that there are a strong and positive Statistical relationship between the availability of the governance standards and principles and the corporate ability to apply these standards and principles. This study attempts to highlight the importance of the governance of the public sector in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan as a case study. To achieve the purpose of the study, the researcher used standards that have been developed by global international organizations. The focus was on the standards that have been developed by the World Bank and is six criteria (Voice and Accountability, Political Stability and Absence of Violence / Terrorism, Government Effectiveness, Regulatory Quality, Rule of Law), and find out the status of Jordan within these Standards. Proper statistical analyses were used to analyze the results. The result revealed that the quality of legislation is in an advanced level, but the problem lies in the application of this legislation. .

The aim from this study is to measure the efficiency of AUDIT committee as principal support of the governance and it impact of the intern’s auditors competences, through the identification of the working mechanism of those committees in controlling companies by the intern auditors and how that can rise productivity of those corporations. The study aims to identify the role of social responsibility on the activation of the application of sustainable development in the company of housing investment and real estate development in Iraqi Kurdistan region Erbil city. To achieve the aim of this study was a questionnaire has been designed to collecting data. A questionnaire includes (24) items, (13) items to the social dimension and (11) items to the economic dimension. (50) Questionnaire distributed form a sample in the staff’s company of housing (40) questionnaire returned that represented (86%). A number of hypotheses placed as there is statistically significant relationship between social responsibility which includes the social and economic dimensions (independent variables) and sustainable development (dependent variable). SPSS statistical software program was used to analysis statistically the data collected with the use of a set of statistical methods. The study found that there is statistically significant correlation between social responsibility and sustainable development ‏٠‎ ‎and based on the conclusions of this study a set of recommendations were presented. .

The study analyzes the local economic environment affecting the FDI inflows to Algeria. It has subsequently considered the main obstacles to a more supportive investment climate, addressing the new general policies that were set to upgrade FDI promotion, improve general business environment, and reduce business environmental risks in addition to the establishment and development of an institutional framework to administer and channel these foreign capital flows. Finally, after identifying the obstacles that face FDI in Algeria, the study proposes some practical suggestions to overcome these obstacles. The level of awareness of Yarmouk University students to the concept of the knowledge economy, and the challenges and difficulties in obtaining the knowledge they have. This study aimed to know the extent of awareness of Yarmouk University students to the concept of knowledge-based economy, and the challenges and difficulties they face to get the knowledge they have, this study will try to answer the following questions: The first question: What is the extent of awareness of Yarmouk University students to the concept of knowledge-based economy? And the second question: In your opinion what are the difficulties and challenges faced by the university student to get the knowledge that qualifies him for the job market? To answer the research questions the study used a descriptive approach qualitative depending on the data and information gathering tools (analysis of documents and records, and interviews) and return to the theoretical literature to learn about the concept of the modern trends of the knowledge economy, and has been conducting interviews with 300 male and female students from Yarmouk University, to get to know their awareness and perception of the concept of the knowledge economy and the difficulties and challenges faced by the students to get the knowledge that qualifies them to enter the labor market, where they were to find duplicates and percentages to answer questions about the study. The study results showed the presence of a low degree of awareness among university students especially the concept of the knowledge economy. The results also showed that there are difficulties and challenges facing university student, including the gap between the disciplines and the needs of the labor market, as well as the gap between theory and practice, In light of the results of the study the researcher recommended: - Develop a_ coherent plans for infrastructure, dependence on communications technology, human resources capable of installation, operation and maintenance of mutual between Arab universities. - The introduction of the decisions of the knowledge-based economy in the educational and academic institutions, connecting the outputs of education and training needs of the labor market. - Key words: knowledge economy, knowledge, Yarmouk university. .
