AbstractThe study aimed to identify the organizational agility practice among public secondary school principals in Jerash Governorate from the perspective of teachers. The study population comprised all male and female teachers in public secondary schools in Jerash Governorate for the academic year (2022/2023), totaling (1.842) teachers. The sample consisted of (461) teachers, selected randomly. The analytical descriptive approach was employed. A questionnaire was developed as a study tool. The results revealed that the degree of organizational agility practice by public high schools principals in Jerash Governorate, as perceived by the teachers, was moderate. It was also shown that there were gender based statistically significant difference in the practice of organizational agility by school principals, observed in all fields and overall, favoring females. Yet, no statistically significant differences were found based on years of experience and academic qualifications in all fields and overall score., In light of the findings of this research, it was recommended that organizational policies and procedures should be developed by holding regular meetings with teachers, listening to their opinions and suggestions.Keywords: Organizational Agility, School Principals, , Jerash, Jordan.
الملخصهدف البحث التعرّف إلى درجة ممارسة الرشاقة التنظيمية لدى مديري المدارس الثانويةالحكومية في محافظة جرش من وجهة نظر المعلمين، تكون مجتمع البحث من جميع معلمي ومعلمات2023 ( والبالغ عددهم / المدارس الثانوية الحكومية في محافظة جرش للعام الدراس ي ) 20222442 ( معلم ومعلمة، وتكونت عينة البحث من ) (ًا 462 ( معلما ومعلمة، تم اختيارهم بطريقة العينةالعشوائية المتيسرة، وتم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، ولجمع البيانات تم تطوير استبانةكأداة للبحث، وقد أظهرت النتائج أن درجة ممارسة مديري المدارس الثانوية الحكومية للرشاقةالتنظيمية في محافظة جرش من وجهة نظر المعلمين جاءت متوسطة، كما أظهرت نتائج البحثوجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزى لمتغير الجنس في جميع المجالات وفي الدرجة الكلية وجاءتالفروق لصالح الإناث، وعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزى لمتغيري عدد سنوات الخبرةوالمؤهل العلمي في جميع المجالات وفي الدرجة الكلية،وفي ضوء النتائج التي تم التوصل إليها في هذاالبحث، يوص ي الباحثان بتط وير السياسات والإجراءات التنظيمية من خلال إجراء اجتماعات دوريةمع المعلمين والاستماع إلى آرائهم ومقترحاتهم.الكلمات المفتاحية: الرشاقة التنظيمية، مديري المدارس الثانوية، جرش، الآردن.
The study aimed to identify the degree of practice authentic leadership through the theoryof administrative excellence among academic leaders in Private Jordanian universitiesfrom the viewpoint of faculty members .The descriptive survey approach was used throughthe development of a questionnaire consisting of (27) items distributed to four areas:internal moral perspective, balanced treatment, transparency of relationships, and selfawareness,after its validity and reliability have been confirmed, the study sample consistedof (255) members chosen by the simple random method. The results of the questionsshowed that the degree of practicing authentic leadership through the theory ofadministrative excellence among academic leaders was moderate and showed that therewere statistically significant differences at the significance level (α=0.05) between thearithmetic averages of the degree of practicing authoritative leadership through the theoryof administrative excellence on the variable (sex, academic rank, number of years ofexperience, college). The study recommended raising awareness of the concept ofauthoritative leadership through holding training courses.Keywords: Authentic Leadership, Theory of Administrative Excellence, Academicleaders, Private Jordanian Universities.
ABSTRACTThe study aimed to identify the correlation between the practicing degree of distributed leadership among secondary school principals in Jerash Governorate and the level of improvement in their decision-making from the teachers' point of view The descriptive, correlational approach was used, and the questionnaire was used as a tool to collect to achieve the objectives of the study. The study sample consisted of (310) male and female teachers were chosen in a convenient way, and the results of the study showed that the practicing degree of distributed leadership among secondary school principals in Jerash Governorate was moderate, and the level of improvement in decision-making was moderate, and there was a moderate positive correlation which was statistically significant differences in the level (α = 0.05). Between practicing degree of distributed leadership among secondary school principals and the level of improvement in their decision-making.Keywords: distributed leadership, improving decision-making, school principals., Jerash Governorate

Abstract This study aimed to identify the level of using Test–wiseness strategies for the students of arts and science Faculty at Sharourah and its relationship with some variables. a questionnaire was designed which consisted of (29) items measuring three domains of Test–wiseness strategies. It was applied on a sample which consisted of (299) students. Results of the study showed that all Test–wiseness strategies were highly used. The strategies used after answering become in the first rank; followed by strategies used before answering; and lastly the strategies used during answering, and no statistically significant differences were found in the degree to which students’ using Test–wiseness strategies due to the influence of some variables: (gender, academic level, major).and differences were found due to the achievement level, the study recommended constructing similar studies using other classifications of TW strategies, and their relationship with some variables.
